Hey all,
Like so many of our families, we’ve found ourselves at home with the kids until the pandemic lets up. Our team is working from home, our kids are home, and for a while we had to postpone our photo sessions. In this post, I wanted to share thoughts about how we’re trying to use this as a moment to bond as a family and to look inwards while engaging outwards (from a distance)—and hopefully start a conversation with you all. With a background in education, we want to share activities we’re doing, some resources we’re calling upon. We would love to hear from you all about what you’re doing.
Finally, we want to take this opportunity to send our love out to all of you. We know that there are real health and financial risks happening for so many right now. We hope that you’re staying safe, happy, and healthy. Please check in on each other, and please share with us how you’re making this transition. How are you talking about this with your kids? What activities are you doing? How are you keeping your spirits up?
With love,

Kids Love Dance Parties
5 Rhythms Mixes
5 Rhythms Sweat mixes are a great way to have a morning dance party with the family. They start out slow, great for stretching and warming up, and then meander into a faster pace. You can dance the whole thing through or use it as a background for cleaning and dancing at the same time. Here is a sweat mix, but you can also just search “5 rhythms sweat” on MixCloud. Enjoy!
